Carter and Jane Willoughby, was born 8 February 1895 at Granville, Tennessee.  He died 20 September 1965 at Nashville, Tennessee. He married  Maude Susan Meadows  on 14 March 1920, the daughter of Albert Meadows and Rena Belle Stewart.  She was born 20 June 1896 at Flynn's Lick, Tennessee.  She died 30 October 1980 at Nashville, Tennessee.
