 Juanita (Phillips) Loftis and Phil Loftis at the 2001 Roberts Reunion Juanita Phillips was born 10 January 1926 in Putnam County Tennessee. She died 2 December 2017 in Cookeville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Frank Phillips and Elma (Roberts) Phillips. She was a retired associate of McCord's and was well-known to all for her love and devotion to her Lord Jesus Christ and to her three children. She married Eugene Bryan Loftis 2 March 1946 in Putnam County, Tennessee. He was the son of Clyde Otis Loftis and Grace Cleo Holloway. He was born 8 June 1922 in Jackson County, Tennessee. He died 17 January 1966. She married Lyman E. Schroeder 24 December 2002. He was the son of Herman Reinhardt Schroeder and Phoebe (Shauger) Schroeder. He was born in Bay City, Michigan 16 May 1925. He died in Cookeville, Tennessee 5 June 2017. They had been high school sweethearts. Lyman was one of the first soldiers to liberate Dachau Concentration Camp and care for the Jewish prisoners.
