Troy Harrison Phillips Troy Harrison Phillips  is the son of Daniel D. Robert Phillips and Adell Montgomery.  He was born 21 March 1923 in Putnam County Tennessee.  He served in the U.S. Army in the European Theater during World War II.  He died 26 April 2007.  He is buried in Crest Lawn Cemetery in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee. He married Agnes Louise Medley, on 23 December 1941 in Rossville, Walker County, Georgia.  She was born 26 May 1924 in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee.  She is the daughter of Sidney Monroe Medley and Mollie Rice Medley.  She died 28 March 1994 in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee.  She is the sister of  Ralph Hill Medley.  She is buried in Crest Lawn Cemetery in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee.
