Arpha Mae Goolsby Fowler Alexander Fowler,  Arfie,  Cecil,  and  William Alexander   circa 1917 Photo courtesy of Bettie Goolsby Fowler Alexander, born 9 February 1883 in Double Springs, Putnam County, Tennessee.  He died 14 August 1960.  He is buried in Price Cemetery, Jackson County, Tennessee. He married Arpha Mae "Arfie" Goolsby.  She was born 27 August 1895 and died in 7 May 1982.  She was the daughter of William Wade Goolsby and Altha Della Bradford.
