McKenzie Laura Maude Roberts was born 3 May 1893 in Boma, Putnam County, Tennessee and died 18 November 1974 in Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahoma. She married Thomas Jefferson Jared, son of William Jared and Mary Evans, on 10 September 1910 in Boma, Tennessee. He was born 21 November 1892 in Hopewell, Putnam County, Tennessee and died 28 May 1963 in Ada, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma.
