Ellawee Phillips Alfred "Junior" Maxwell, Jr..  He was born 26 January 1920 in Putnam County, TN to Alfred and Mattie Lou Mitchell Maxwell.  He died Thursday, 1 December 2011 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.  He was buried in Crest Lawn Cemetery in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee. He married Ellawee Phillips  the daughter of Daniel D. Robert Phillips and Adell Montgomery on 30 March 1940.  She was born 4 November 1924 in Baxter, Putnam County, Tennessee.  She died 25 March 2004 in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee.  She is buried in Crest Lawn Cemetery, in Cookeville, Putnam County, Tennessee.
