Frank Phillips Frank Phillips and Elmer (Roberts) Phillips photo courtesy of Keeble Tucker Frank Phillips  was the son of Mitchell McDonald Phillips and Rebecca Herron.  He was born 24 April 1905 in Boma, Putnam County, Tennessee.  He died 7 December 1962 in Midland, Midland County, Michigan.  He was buried at the Midland Memorial Gardens in Midland, Midland County, Michigan. He married Elmer Roberts  in Putnam County, Tennessee, on 24 December 1924.  She was born 27 September 1904 near Boma, Putnam County, Tennessee.  She died 2 December 1928 in Putnam County, Tennessee.  She was buried at Carr Cemetery in Hickey, Putnam County, Tennessee. He married Adell F. Hancock  1 April 1931 in Putnam County, Tennessee.  She was the daughter of Marion Hancock and Dora Herren.  She was born 27 April 1912 in Putnam County, Tennessee.  She died 6 February 1968 in Midland, Midland County, Michigan.  She was buried at the Midland Memorial Gardens in Midland, Midland County, Michigan.
