Thomas Phillips Thomas Phillips  was the son of Charles Phillips and Nancy Peak.  He was born in 1834.  He died 20 September 1863.  He was killed in the Civil War at the Battle of Chicamaugua, Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee.
